The new touch screen application makes operating effortless and productions more efficient. The updated model lets you alter machine speeds, view and modify package counts, establish yarn breaking point, check over calibration factors and adjust air delay. Operating those functions and more on a simple, user friendly application, using just a finger. This modernized yet simplified new feature makes it possible to monitor productions from different locations by linking the touch screen to computer or internet.

Innovative technology has created the PTI Air Splicer that infuses yarn in a tighter and smaller knot making the tying process quicker and more efficient. The Splicer is equipt with a cutting device that simultaneously cuts excess yarn as the knot is infused.

The air jet box is equipped with an exhaust system that sorts harmful particles and filters them through a pipe which exits at the end of the machine. The exhaust system is prepared to be hooked up to an additional pipe to allow all dangerous elements to be positioned outside the facility. Our new design promotes easy to use access to interchange jets.
